A 47,000 m² manufacturing base in Xingyang, Zhengzhou, where the whole train — from steel frame to drive system — is built, painted, assembled and tested.
Production Areas
Steel & Chassis Fabrication
Cutting, bending and welding of locomotive frames, carriage chassis and bogies, with dimensional checks at each station.
Body & Carriage Assembly
Body framing, panelling, glazing, seating, grab rails and themed bodywork for standard and custom trains.
Paint & Livery
Surface preparation, primer and topcoat, plus cartoon, vintage or brand livery artwork applied to your design.
Electrical & Drive Integration
Motors, controllers, battery packs, chargers, lighting, audio and safety logic assembled and bench-tested.
Final Assembly & Testing
Complete trains assembled, aligned and run under load on our own test track before shipment.
Export Packing & Delivery
Sea-worthy crating with moisture protection, spare parts kit and documentation packed to a container plan.
Quality Control Process
- Incoming inspection of steel, motors, controllers, batteries and safety components
- Weld quality and dimensional checks during fabrication
- Electrical safety and function tests before body assembly
- Full-load running test, braking test and speed-limit test on our own track
- Documented pre-shipment inspection with photo and video report
- Third-party inspection (SGS, TUV, BV) arranged on request
Production Capacity
Our base produces around 3,000 sightseeing trains and sightseeing vehicles a year, with 300 assembly workers and a full in-house supply chain. Production scheduling is confirmed in your contract.
Certifications & Standards
Our quality system follows ISO 9001 principles and our vehicles carry CE documentation for the European market. We supply test reports, electrical diagrams and material certificates, and cooperate with third-party inspection agencies when your local authority requires it.
