A 17-seat trackless train has a very different budget from a 121-seat rail train with a diesel generator set and a full interior fit-out. One set. Most customers order a single train first to test the market, then add carriages or a second train in a later season. Popular models are also available from stock.

Standard models are usually ready in 7 to 14 days, and customised or themed trains take around 14 days, because the whole supply chain sits inside our group. Popular models are also kept in stock — ask us about current availability for the configuration you need. Exact dates are written into your quotation and contract.

Electric is quiet, emission-free and cheapest to run, and suits parks, zoos and resorts with charging access. Diesel generator sets suit long routes and heavy 73 to 121-seat trains. Petrol drive is used on some large customised trackless trains where charging infrastructure is limited. Our engineers recommend the right option after reviewing your route.

Yes, that is our standard process. Send a site plan, drone video or photographs and our design team returns a train recommendation, a route and gradient assessment and a capacity calculation before you commit to production.

Rail trains run on narrow-gauge track, typically 762 mm or 900 mm on our models. Gradient, curve radius and turning radius limits are listed on every product page. We advise on alignment and can supply drawings for the track, platforms and foundations.

Yes. We supply installation drawings and remote video guidance for simpler trackless models, and can send engineers to your site for commissioning and operator training on larger projects.

Every train ships with a spare parts kit and a full documentation set, and we keep wearing parts available for the whole service life of the vehicle. Trains carry a 12-month warranty and lithium battery packs are covered for 60 months, provided directly by the factory. Technical support is available by email, WhatsApp and video call.

Our quality system follows ISO 9001 principles and our vehicles carry CE documentation. We provide test reports, electrical diagrams and material certificates, and cooperate with SGS, TUV or BV for third-party inspection when your authority requires it.

Our standard terms are T/T with a deposit and the balance before shipment, and we also accept L/C at sight. We load from Qingdao, Shanghai and Khorgos — the land border crossing for Central Asia and Europe — and we can quote FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW or DDP depending on your preference. Export crating and shipping documents are handled by our international trade department.

Throughput depends on seating capacity and ride duration. As a rule of thumb, a 37-seat rail train on a 20-minute loop carries roughly 90 to 110 passengers per hour at high occupancy. Send us your target figure and we will size the fleet, the route and the loading platform.

Yes. We build cartoon and character-themed trains, vintage steam replicas, sakura and military themed trains, and corporate liveries. Provide reference images or brand guidelines and our design team produces concept renderings for approval before production.
